About this programme

ScanSureX matches and protects; you deliver the care and you set its price. A case reaches you as a request with no contact details attached — the patient's phone number and address are released only once the platform booking fee is paid, which is what stops the introduction being taken off-platform. From there the booking runs through a state machine you drive, ending in the patient's own confirmation and review.

Worth knowing first

You price the care

ScanSureX charges the patient a booking fee. The nursing fee is yours, agreed directly and collected directly.

Real cases, not leads

A request you accept is a patient who has already chosen you and is about to pay the platform fee.

Your nurses, named

You assign a specific registered nurse to each booking, and the patient sees who is coming.

Signing up

You run a nursing agency, in the agency portal on port 3005.

  1. 1
    Register the agency

Email and password — no one-time code on this portal. Agency name, registration number and the area you cover.

  2. 2
    Upload your documents

The agency's paperwork goes in before anyone reviews you.

  3. 3
    Get approved

A ScanSureX administrator reviews and approves. Until then no booking reaches you at all.

  4. 4
    Register your nurses

Add each nurse with their qualifications. Only a nurse registered here can be assigned to a booking, so do this before your first case.

Day to day

A request has landed and you are running it to completion.

  1. 1
    Accept the request

You see the care required, the preferred nurse gender and the patient's notes — not their contact details. Accepting moves the booking to awaiting platform payment.

  2. 2
    Wait for the fee

The patient pays the platform booking fee and ScanSureX confirms it. Nothing you do here speeds that up.

  3. 3
    Share contact and call

With the fee confirmed the contact is released to you. Call the patient, work out the schedule and agree your fee.

  4. 4
    Assign a nurse

Pick from your registered nurses. The assignment is visible to the patient.

  5. 5
    Start the service

Mark it started when care actually begins — this is the patient's signal that the engagement is live.

  6. 6
    Complete it

Mark it complete when the engagement ends. The booking is not closed yet.

  7. 7
    The patient closes it

They confirm completion, which closes the booking, and leave a rating and comments that follow your agency.

Good to know

  • You cannot see the patient's phone number or address until the booking fee is paid and confirmed. That is the design, not a delay.
  • Only nurses registered to your agency can be assigned to a booking.
  • Your service fee is not shown at booking; it is agreed on the consultation call.
  • A booking is closed by the patient's confirmation, not by your completion.
  • Ratings come from patients after closure and follow the agency.

How money moves

The patient pays ScanSureX a booking fee; the care fee is yours

ScanSureX charges a fixed booking fee (₹499 by default) which unlocks the introduction. What you charge for the nursing itself is agreed with the patient and collected by you — the platform takes no share of it.

Questions

Can we decline a request?
Yes. An unaccepted request stays in matching and can go to another agency.
What if the patient asks for a gender we cannot staff?
The preference reaches you with the request, so decline rather than accept and substitute.
Do we invoice through ScanSureX?
No. The nursing fee is billed by you directly. Only the platform booking fee runs through ScanSureX.
