Day to day
You are running deliveries.

Collect a packed order from the pharmacy and mark the pickup. That timestamp is the handover.

The patient sees the order move. Marking it honestly is the whole job of the record.
- 3Deliver
Hand over at the address on the order and mark it delivered.
- 4Leave returns alone
A patient's return is raised on the order and approved by the platform, not settled at the door.
